General Summary

This position serves as the administrative support for the Office of Educator Preparation in the Department of Education. This position is responsible for completing the Office of Educator Preparation administrative duties. These responsibilities include: office receptionist prepare and assist in organizing and filing educator certification documents maintaining documents purchasing office equipment and supplies and maintaining and managing office inventory documents. Additionally this position assists faculty staff and students within the Office of Educator Preparation.
