Qualifications
Educational Background:
- A bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field is preferred. However equivalent experience may also be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience:
- Prior experience in marketing sales customer service or a related area.
- Experience with event planning and management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with CRM software preferably Salesforce.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Competence in using CRM systems especially Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of market research techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
