About the Company:

Join a highly respected notforprofit organisation dedicated to making a difference in the community. As a HR Business Partner youll play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience. Reporting to the HR Manager youll collaborate with an HR Advisor and Coordinator to deliver impactful people strategies across the organisation.

This is a fulltime ongoing role offering a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage organisational change partnering with leaders through restructures and team transitions
  • Provide expert advice on the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) and contribute to negotiations through research and benchmarking
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies
  • Partner with leaders to manage endtoend recruitment and resourcing
  • Oversee and resolve complex employee relations (ER) matters
  • Drive HR process improvements and enhance the HRIS system
  • Roll out engagement surveys and contribute to a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure policies are regularly reviewed and aligned with legislative requirements

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Industrial Relations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and EBA interpretation
  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role
  • Expertise in managing complex ER cases endtoend
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience within the forpurpose/notforprofit sector (highly desirable)
