Our client a leader in the semiconductor industry is looking for a HR Admin based out of Ann Arbor MI.
Duration: Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee emails and phone calls pertaining to HR matters resolving most cases within 24hrs
- Open and close out HR tickets in Service Now
- Provide tier 1 support for HR applications benefits compensation staffing and learning
- Enter and audit employee hires and data changes in Workday
- Conduct mini new hire orientation including I-9 form and other related documents with employee
- Schedule and create courses in the Learning Management System
- Process terminations and conduct exit interviews
- Generate reports from various HR systems
- Maintain employee files
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred less than 1 year experience required.
