Job Description
Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management training and development compensation and benefits and compliance with labor laws.
The HR Manager works closely with department heads to support business goals foster a positive workplace culture and implement HR strategies that attract develop and retain top talent.
Requirements
2 years of experience in the same role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional appearance and attitude Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
