Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Overall understanding of the project lifecycle including feasibility design procurement construction etc.
- Understanding & precise knowledge of all aspects of interior fitouts related to corporate offices (including Civil and MEP)
- Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standards efficiently within timelines
- Client evolving needs are dealt with a helpful and attentive way
- The crossfunctional team and various stakeholders are supported in a helpful and positive manner
- An effective contribution is made towards the overall project
- Key information and data is effectively communicated and appropriately retained
- Preparation of schedule/timelines of project and tracking it throughout the project.
- Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide valuable inputs before start of .
Good communication skills along with effective stakeholder management

Qualifications :
Education B.Arch/ B.E/ B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
- Post graduate qualification in Project management (RICS/ NICMAR) would be an added advantage
- Candidate should have relevant experience of working and delivering corporate Interior fitout projects
7 years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
