Job Description
Ventia is proud to partner with the City of Sydney to deliver high quality Facility Management services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our collaborative team. In this role youll work closely with the Senior Project Manager to deliver a wide range of projects and manage work programs that support the Citys infrastructure and community assets. This is full time permanent role based predominately onsite at Town Hall.

What youll be doing:
- Delivery of comprehensive projects across Capital asset replacement Internal & external construction upgrades Heritage conservation and Facility management projects
- Collaborate with internal teams subcontractors and City of Sydney stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety health environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Monitor project timelines budgets and operational performance.
- Promote a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
Could you be our next Project Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in project delivery and stakeholder engagement ideally within the facilities management sector.
- Previous experience in a project management role minimum 2 years experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and commercial acumen.
