$140000 Including Super - Dependant on Experience PLUS Tool of Trade Vehicle
About the Role
In this role youll take ownership of the full project lifecycle from initial client engagement and contractor coordination to scope alignment scheduling and final delivery. Youll be the key point of contact for stakeholders ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.
About You
Youre currently in a coordination technical supervisory or engineering role and ready to take the next step in your career. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in project environments whos looking to move into a Project Manager role and take on greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage building services projects with a focus on HVAC fire and electrical systems
- Attend client meetings to define project scope expectations and deliverables
- Engage and coordinate with contractors and consultants for site walk-throughs and work planning
- Review and align quotes with scope of works and project requirements
- Track project schedules milestones and deliverables using project management tools
- Review and approve work method statements (WMS) MOPs and access requests
- Oversee project execution through to completion including progress claims and payment approvals
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and contractual obligations
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
What Youll Bring
- In-depth knowledge of Building Services and HVAC systems ideally gained through hands-on experience in a Project Management capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity to manage and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Maximo would be highly regarded
- Understanding of safety quality and compliance standards
