Solution Specialist LMS (Learning Management System) will have a key role in TOMRA Learn and the development and utilization of the TOMRA LMS (Litmos) such as maintenance measures developing and implementing new functionalities in the system.
The role includes being a facilitator of the LMS team consisting of L&D/LMS resources from each division which collaborate in developing the LMS operational rules and guidelines as well as executing upon those when operating the LMS for their respective divisions.
An internal and external facing contact point in TOMRA for LMS.
Main tasks :
Supporting departments across the organization including service teams in usage of the LMS system
Be one of the internal contact points for elearning initiatives in TOMRA coordinating LMS activities in close collaboration with Health & Safety HR/ IT managers and other key stakeholders
Help managing the system helpdesk resolving daytoday issues running bestpractice sessions and ad hoc training
Plan and perform testing and analysis before updates and changes to the system
Communication with the external vendor Litmos and maintaining the internal LMS communication site (SharePoint)
LMS configuration implementation documentation and reporting
Ensure that TOMRA compliance & security is adhered to
Assist in Data Quality Management incl. data quality checking
Qualifications :
Professional qualifications :
Relevant education minimum bachelor level
35 years relevant experience with cloudbased systems at the level of System Administrator
Basic system configuration skills
LMS experience will be advantageus
Experience working internationally with stakeholders across cultural regions
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Personal characteristics :

Confident solution and result oriented
Independent with a pedagogical approach
Clear and consistent communication style
Relationship builder and working through networking
Structured analytical and ability to find technical solutions to business and application related challenges including change requests (e.g. requirements analysis solution design)
