Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor system performance and availability using Dynatrace identifying potential issues before they impact users.
  • Lead incident management efforts coordinating responses between crossfunctional teams to resolve incidents promptly.
  • Develop and maintain incident response processes and documentation to ensure a consistent approach to incident handling.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct postincident reviews identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Utilize AWS tools and services to enhance system monitoring scalability and resilience.
  • Train team members on incident management best practices and promote a culture of reliability within the organization.
  • Analyze incident trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement in processes and tooling.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • 10 years of proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Incident Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2 S3 RDS etc.) and their application in managing scalable systems.
  • Proficiency with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools for performance tracking and incident detection.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
