About the position:
The goFLUENT Marketing team is looking for a strong addition to our growing team who will be on top of automating our marketing efforts and aligning them with our lead generation and database management strategies. This role will be highly focused on email marketing maximizing Marketo as a tool for automation for our global sales teams. Getting the right emails in to the right inboxes at the right time to improve open and clickthrough rates is just the basics of the role. You will be expected to develop and track email campaigns and landing pages alongside a team of content writers and web developers work closely with the lead generation team to identify and execute outbound marketing campaigns.
What Youll Do:
- Support marketing coordinators to create email campaigns for their different markets.
- Work with content design and tech teams to manage various email campaigns including the template designs callstoaction and content used in our email sends;
- Segment contacts lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads site page visits etc.); Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database;
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends;
- Participate in analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
What Youll Need:
- High level of English (minimum B2)
- HTML coding experience would be very appreciated.
- Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and GSuite (Gmail Hangouts Calendar and Google for communication; Drive for storage; Docs Sheets Slides Forms and Sites for collaboration).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and data analysis;
- Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
- Technically capable;
- Excellent writer and communicator.
