Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) Tampa FL
Established agency seeking an outgoing personable individual to provide timely quotes recognize crossselling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in a brokerage/agency setting.
- Experience maintaining client relationships.
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates.
- Ability to handle renewal submissions.
- Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies.
- Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
- Overall account management.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Work well with a team.
- Should possess either a 440 or 220 License.
