Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team as part of their agencys growth. They are looking for a dedicated individual to handle quoting certificates routine services and renewals for commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a P&C license and at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle quoting certificates routine services and renewals for commercial accounts
- Utilize the Eclipse software and demonstrate tech-savviness
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- P&C license is required
- 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience with commercial accounts ranging from 1k-300k premium
- Proficiency in using Eclipse software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work onsite from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation Information
- Salary Range: $50000 - $60000
- IRA for all employees with a 3% match
