Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agency you will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance accounts. Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts including renewals endorsements and new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and underwriters.
- Review policies and coverage to ensure they meet client needs and comply with regulations.
- Negotiate with carriers to obtain the best terms and rates for clients.
- Assist in the marketing and placement of new and renewal business.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish required.
- At least 2 years of relevant commercial lines experience.
- Previous experience handling construction accounts is preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
