Job Description

Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Burford Oxfordshire
Salary:per annum (including bonuses and sleepins)
Number of Sleeps Required: Up to 4 per month
Pay Per Sleep: 80
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) support for training provided if needed
Employment Type: Permanent

  • Salary: Base salary of
  • Bonuses: 3840 per year from sleepins 1400 Attendance Allowance (with good attendance) 2000 Regional Allowance 1000 Welcome Bonus (upon successful probation) 1000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)
