You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Worker to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. The ideal candidate will be patient reliable and committed to providing high-quality care that promotes independence dignity and a safe living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing meal preparation and medication administration
Support residents in achieving personal goals and engaging in community-based activities
Maintain a clean safe and supportive home environment
Follow individualized care plans and document residents progress behaviors and health-related concerns
Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and families
Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety protocols
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in a caregiving group home or developmental disabilities setting preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must pass background checks and have a valid driver s license (if applicable)
Ability to lift transfer or assist individuals as needed
