About the Role
We are looking for aCustomer Service Officerto join our team in Oakleigh and provide outstanding service to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls processing orders supporting sales representatives and working closely with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
