Summary Job Description

The Marketing Specialist Graphic Design will support and execute visual storyteller initiatives weaving narratives that communicate our brand identity and showcase the advantages of our cuttingedge Internet services. This role isnt just about design its an exciting opportunity for a visionary creator to leave a lasting mark on the growth and innovation of our forwardthinking company. The role will support and crosstrain in all facets of the marketing department. This is a highlycollaborative position within a growing team environment.

Direct Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling onbrand designs for digital & print collateral including but not limited to social media content website assets brochures digital ads direct mail and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with overall marketing strategies campaigns & tactics from an omni channel perspective.
• Maintain consistency and high standards in design across all platforms ensuring a unified and professional brand image.
• Ensure all creative assets are optimized for both print and digital ad placements with a strong understanding of best practices for logo placement copy legibility and overall asset effectiveness across platforms.
• Stay uptodate with design trends industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the visual appeal of Tachus Fiber Internets materials.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams and creative agency incorporating feedback and revisions to deliver topnotch design assets within established timelines.
• Assist the Marketing Manager Creative & others in developing and implementing an overall creative approach for the organization that supports efforts to deliver on engagement acquisition & retention of customers and revenue goals.
• Demonstrate good problemsolving and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects and to delegate work appropriately.
• Work with outside agencies as needed to develop and implement campaigns.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Skills And Experience

• BA/BS degree required
• 2 years or more experience in a graphic design role
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer; creating compelling content for social media digital ads print and other platforms with a portfolio showcasing excellence and a range of design projects.
• Creative and keen eye for aesthetics with extreme attention to the details.
• Proficient in design software and technologies (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) as well as other relevant design tools
• Expert computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Powerpoint Outlook)
• Familiar with Hubspot & Salesforce CRM
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Selfstarter analytical detailoriented and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamrelational skills
• Thrives in a crossfunctional teambased environment
• Flexible schedule necessary to be able to attend marketing events outside normal hours/days
• Telecommunications technology experience a plus!
• Physical activities include but are not limited to: climbing stooping kneeling crouching reaching standing walking and lifting up to 30 pounds
