12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Format and layout documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint ensuring consistency with corporate templates and brand guidelines.
Prepare accurate brandcompliant production files from original or partially completed content.
Redesign existing materials to meet updated specifications or brand requirements.
Maintain and enforce brand integrity across all deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet design requirements and deadlines.
Ensure all content complies with WCAG 2.0 (ADA) accessibility standards.
Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and clearly explain design decisions.
Proactively suggest design improvements based on current industry standards and market trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and complexity.
Ensure all project documentation and version control is up to date and properly archived.
Identify potential issues with timelines or resources early and communicate them effectively.
Support ongoing process improvements related to quality control efficiency and consistency.
Provide strategic input on design choices acting as a brand advisor to clients.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a national design team.
Accurately track and report time spent on projects.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the senior creative lead.
What you will need to succeed:
2 4 years graphic design new media design or information design diploma/degree from a recognized institution.
2 4 years of graphic design experience in a fastpaced clientoriented environment.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop).
Expertise in Figma and After Effects (animation skills a plus).
Experience designing web assets social media cards digital ads email campaigns animation and print media.
Ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects competing priorities objectives and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills a passion for client service and the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically even in challenging situations.
Must be comfortable working in a team environment and presenting and brainstorming ideas with seniorlevel business partners.
An excellent communicator capable of presenting ideas to a team or client.
Able to show concepts and design direction quickly through sketches and mood boards.
Excellent customer service teamwork and time management skills.
Accurate and consistent completion of time sheets.
Strong diverse portfolio showing creativity and critical thinking.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages (asset).
A working knowledge of PowerPoint Word and Dreamweaver (asset).
Professional understanding of the Apple OS and ecosystem (asset).
