Job Description
- Assuring that teams collaborate to deliver highquality work on time.
- Construction processes must be monitored and training and team building exercises must be provided.
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Inspection of equipment materials and routine site inspections
- Setting up regular meetings with vendors site inspectors managers and employees.
- Reports budgets and project plans must be written and presented to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration with architects and other professionals.
- Keeping up with safety codes and construction advancements.
- Assisting with the hiring and training of new employees.
- Processing paperwork and traveling to various locations as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelors degree preferred in construction business management or engineering.
- Construction industry experience is required.
- Experience in a leadership position is preferred.
- A current drivers license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to concentrate and remain calm under pressure.
- Capability to manage multiple projects.
