Salary Range: $45000 $55000/per year

Volo creates free youth sports programs through adult social sports.
The aim of the Volo Kids Foundation was to use sport as a tool for healing and a means of uniting communities. To execute our vision we partnered with City Council Members community organizers and recreation centers to launch the first Volo Kids Foundation. Volo Kids has since expanded to eight cities across the country and is still growing.

Job Description
When you accept a position with Volo youll be joining a passionate driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part time position however there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Program Outreach Coordinator responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sport Product & Performance
Program Outreach Coordinator responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sport Product & Performance
- Assure quality control and strength of youth programs through site visits and serve as a site lead and/or coach for programs whenever necessary
- Spearhead league audit & evaluation
- Develop relationships with current and future league venues
- Track the needs of each site including improvements
- Ensure growth & retention of players for your sport
Sports League Operations
- Support program merging & scheduling
- Provide onfield support
- Handle player communication sending all emails for assigned sport leagues
- Maintain equipment for assigned sports including requesting ordering replacements noting damages and reporting to the markets equipment lead
- Maintain fields as needed based on weather location and sportspecific requirements
- Set up & take down fields and gather up equipment
Customer Service
- Act a first line of communication for players and coaches of assigned sport
- Resolve any emerging problems that families might face with accuracy and efficiency
- Anticipate and provide proactive solutions to prevent problems from arising in the future
- Act as an escalation point for player parent coach site lead and volunteers
- Call & text parents during registration time
Talent Development
- Support training in your market for assigned sport(s) to the parttime staff and volunteers
- Recruit mentor and ensure quality staff and product includes reviewing sportspecific league audits
Fundraising & Development
- Support fundraising efforts through events and adult market activations.
- Ensure Proper Record Keeping for grant(s) reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 13 years of professional experience
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends.
- Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably
- Can navigate a fastpaced everchanging environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic personality interested in working in and contributing to a fun and active sporting environment
