Job Description

- Assist in set up breakfast, lunch and dinner stations, ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted demands and according to the Senior Chef's instructions and ensures proper service presentation
- Maintains buffets and assists guest with requests
- Mis en place preparation for restaurant and Meeting and Events requirements
- A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
- A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality menu item, experience and customer care.
