- To contribute to initiate, develop and maintain relations with authorities and civil society
- S/He is in charge to facilitate, in line with instructions from the Head of Mission, the communication and relations with national and local authorities and civil society in Jordan.
- Carry out stakeholders’ analysis to understand the dynamics and interest of actors at national, governorate and local levels and propose relevant pathways in order to influence and negotiate to facilitate programming.
- Advise the Head of Mission on relationship with national and local authorities, civil society, communities and media to facilitate a positive cooperative relationship.
- Regularly report to the SMT any relevant or updated information gathered.
- Regular liaison with MoPIC, MoSD, line Ministries and any other national or local authorities as required to ensure a fruitful coordination for the implementation of projects in country.
