Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy is required.

A master's degree in marketing or an MBA is an advantage.

3-5 years of work experience in pharma, minimum 2 years (mandatory) of which in a marketing role.
.
Fluent Arabic and Proficient English, both written and spoken.
.
Solid knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques and principles.
.
Proven experience in competitive selling, account management, digital marketing and solutions.
.
Proven understanding of health-care system and ability to orchestrate its stakeholders.
.
Scientific knowledge and understanding to identify and evaluate appropriate opportunities that are aligned with
the internal R&D strategy.
.
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
.
Team player with a customer-oriented approach, and ability to work effectively with people at different
organizational levels.
.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
.
Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking, taking the initiative, and being enthusiastic about breaking new
ground.
.
Expert in the relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.
Responsibilities:
.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
.
Managing advertising campaigns
.
Identify strategic and operational needs for Area strategy development.
.
Monitoring and analyzing brand performance in MENA market and ensure delivery of corrective action.
.
Taking responsibility for conducting market research, gathering and analyzing valuable insights from stakeholders, such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key-account Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), either through independent collection and subsequently initiating appropriate actions based on these insights.

Performing market analysis for new and existing products through MENA region.
.
Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
.
Brand management.
.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).
.
Support delivery of operational solutions (e.g., digital tools) for customers and patients to maximize access
.
Collaborating with other departments.
.
Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
.
Hold overall responsibility for annual brand budget proposal, territory forecasts and financial performance.
