- Assist the divisional manager in directing the daily activities of the spare parts in order to achieve its business and quality objectives as a profit center; supervises team leaders and assures optimum work flow to maximize effectiveness and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing the replenishment of inventory through systematic and planned orders.
- Identifies dead stock and suggest solution for consumption and reducing such stock.
- Ensure that an acceptable level of stock - spare parts is maintained at all times.
