Job Description:
We are looking for a Staffing Voice Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The idea candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various job roles across industries. This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach and the ability to handle highvolume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals social media and networking.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Meet hiring targets within stipulated timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in voicebased recruitment. (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri LinkedIn and Indeed.
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
