About the Role

Were looking for a tech-savvy recruiter who goes beyond keywords understands roles in depth and speaks the language of engineers developers architects and product managers.

This role is remote individual contributor and impact-heavy. Youll be the bridge between top tech talent and meaningful opportunitieswith full control of your desk a sharp sense of urgency and an authentic passion for conversations that go beyond the resume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle hiring for mid to senior-level technical roles: Backend/Frontend Developers DevOps Engineers Cloud Architects Data Scientists QA Tech Leads and beyond.

  • Deep-dive into JD deconstructionunderstand not just the skills but the problem that the role solves.

  • Engage in rich insightful conversations with candidates to evaluate technical and cultural alignment.

  • Coordinate directly with clients and hiring managers to understand team structure stack priorities and roadmaps.

  • Evaluate technical fitment through preliminary screening and thoughtful questioning (even if youre not a coder youll know how to probe right).

  • Maintain strong follow-ups clean trackers and a disciplined daily routinewithout being pushed.

  • Collaborate closely with the team for pipeline updates role prioritization and client insights.

What You Bring

  • 4 years of experience in technical recruitmentpreferably in product-based or IT consulting environments.

  • Strong understanding of tech stacks engineering functions and common architecture terms.

  • Fluent English communicationclear thoughtful and consultative.

  • Self-driven with a talk less deliver more approach.

  • Comfortable in managing conversations that go deepbecause you love speaking with smart people.

  • Ability to screen engage and excite passive candidates through credibility not just pitch.

  • Positive attitude accountability and a growth mindset.
