What Youll Own
- Proactively headhunting and engaging the best brokers in the industry specifically in Victoria and Tasmania
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Owning broker talent pipelines for both Mobile and Retail Broker channels
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams and leveraging external networks
- Becoming an ambassador for the Lendi Group brand in-market
- Delivering standout candidate experiences at every single touchpoint
- Reporting on pipeline health trends and market insights to Senior Leadership
- Building and nurturing talent pools for future growth
Qualifications :
- You bring recruitment experience - ideally in sales banking or finance. Were also open to driven sales professionals ready to pivot into a dynamic career in talent acquisition.
- Youre highly organised and thrive on juggling multiple roles at once
- Youre collaborative and love being part of a high-performing team
- Youre a natural networker with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- You love crafting brilliant candidate experiences that reflect your brand
