Front Office Executive
(based in Noida)
ORGANIZATION: We are looking for a skilled and customeroriented Front Desk Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests seafarers and vendors while ensuring the smooth functioning of front office operations and providing excellent service to all visitors.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and maintain the lobby and front desk area ensuring it is always neat clean and wellorganized.
- Manage daytoday guest interactions and coordinate with the Superintendents for guest refreshments and meals.
- Handle telecommunication systems transferring calls to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
- Assist seafarers with job applications during direct walkins and guide them to the relevant department.
- Make announcements for meetings and emergencies as required.
- Register seafarers appointments on the company platform and coordinate with the concerned person for followup.
- Manage first aid during emergencies and maintain adequate stock of basic medicines for employees.
- Support the HeadAdministration and team during key functions and festivals.
- Handle room bookings for visitors and management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with any level of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail particularly in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in operating EPABX and PA systems.
- A customerservice mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with software/ERP systems is a plus.
