Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is essential in supporting our procurement function and the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proactive approach to problemsolving. Candidates must be available to work shift hours stated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and maintain procurement data in relevant systems and databases ensuring information is current and accessible. Assist in managing procurement records guaranteeing data integrity and compliance.
  • Presentation Support: Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external meetings utilizing PowerPoint and Excel to convey clearly and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as an effective communicator build collaborative relationships internally and externally including crossfunctional and crosssite collaboration to support procurement projects.
  • Project Support: Work closely with various departments to streamline procurement processes support operational efficiency improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Business support: Efficiently manage and coordinate meetings calls business reviews for the Procurement Leadership team with external suppliers ensuring optimal scheduling and communication flow.
  • Special Projects: Assist in the planning and of special projects related to procurement contributing to strategic initiatives and crossfunctional goals.

Qualifications :

Must be able to work US Shift 3 PM to Midnight 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in administrative roles in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
