Job Description

As a Strategic Account Manager for our Moen brand you will nurture growth and visibility for our category expansion business within national plumbing water mitigation and other nontraditional trade channels. This role is centered on building meaningful partnerships collaborating across teams and thoughtfully supporting customer success. Your ability to listen connect and coordinate will help strengthen our presence and create shared value with our partners.

We are seeking someone who can Think Fastbringing thoughtful insights and collaborative problemsolving to evolving opportunities. Youll Work It Together by partnering across internal and external teams to ensure seamless alignment and support throughout the customer experience. And youll Make the Hard Call with empathy and carebalancing opportunity with responsibility and always centering people in your decisions.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Effective mid2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new worldclass campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration along with amenities for dining onsite daycare fitness and recreation.

What you will be doing:


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • 10 years of experience in sales or account management with a history of delivering thoughtful peoplefocused solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively 60 including occasional nonstandard hours.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the wholesale plumbing or construction industry channels.


Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $120000 USD $140000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
