Tasks
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers ensuring the procurement of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities making informed decisions to enhance the companys purchasing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and operations to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes and alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely replenishment to meet organizational needs without excess surplus.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management preferably within the business consulting and services industry.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated commitment to fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
