Tasks
- Be part of our Support hub and help the development of the department
- Propose solutions and guide clients through our managed services options and support the sales process
- Support the continuous development of the department by identifying process improvements and client feedback for better service delivery
- Stay up to date with our service offerings and proactively promote them to clients as their needs evolve
- Collaborate closely with the operational teams to ensure client issues are addressed effectively and efficiently
- Monitor and manage incoming requests and tickets
Requirements
- Technical course or a relevant university degree with at least 2 years of work experience
- Strong interest in IT software and digitalisation
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Proactive and sales-driven mindset is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for building strong and meaningful client relationships
- Flexibility to work on different projects across functions teams and industries
- Friendly and open personality that enjoys working with customers
- Fluent in English (C2) and proficient in German (B2 or higher)
