- As a Senior Product Operations Manager (all genders) in our dynamic team you will leverage your generalist profile to lead impactful projects and larger programs
- Your expertise in effective stakeholder management will be key as you collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring that everyone is aligned on our shared goals and priorities
- In this role you will promote transparency within the product organization fostering alignment across teams regarding our objectives
- By identifying and implementing efficiency levers you will drive organizational growth and enhance our processes positioning us for future success in a competitive environment
- You will nurture an environment that fosters ongoing learning and knowledge exchange among your colleagues
- Your efforts will propel our initiatives forward and motivate teams to pursue excellence
Profile

- You are an experienced generalist with a strong background in project and / or product management within a product-driven organization - previous consulting experience is a plus but not a must have
- Your hands-on solution-oriented approach allows you to excel in fast-paced environments tackling challenges with pragmatism and efficiency
- You manage multiple initiatives simultaneously ensuring that each project receives the attention it deserves - with a strong analytical mindset you build partnerships and make data-driven decisions
- You measure your success against clear KPIs ensuring your contributions significantly impact the organization
- Driven by a passion for your work and a deep understanding of current e-commerce trends you communicate effectively and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels from senior management to top executives
