Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Part Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this entrylevel role you will be responsible for inputting updating and maintaining accurate data within HubSpot CRM to support our sales team.
What You Will Do
- Accurately input and update customer and business data into HubSpot CRM
- Verify correct and maintain database integrity and accuracy
- Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of HubSpot CRM or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information :
This role pays $20/hr. This is a parttime remote position that will require a 20 hour work week.
