- Participating in weekly Zoom sessions (live or recorded) to stay aligned and informed
- Sharing program offerings across digital channels and optimizing outreach
- Collaborating with a values-based team thats committed to thoughtful progress
- Engaging in your own professional development and ongoing refinement
Requirements

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability

- 2-3 years experience as an educator leader business owner HR counseling hospitality
