Were looking for entry level graduates non-graduates and career changers as Tangents network grows globally across London Dublin Amsterdam New York and more.

What is Tangent

Tangent has created a new way to apply for jobs where industry expert mentors already working in the best companies provide free mentoring and support through the application process. On Tangent jobseekers sign-up and then connect with mentors for help with their CV applications industry advice and even support with salary todays job market its almost impossible to get hired without the help of a mentor theyve been through the process in their career and want to give back by volunteering.

Tangent is a social impact platform built to help socially diverse backgrounds break into tech. Only 9% of tech employees come from low socioeconomic backgrounds despite them making up 39% of the total population! Thats worse than law consulting and banking! Were on a mission to change this and we need your help!

No previous experience or a degree is required just a passion for the mission - helping jobseekers get hired with the help of a mentor.

Tasks

What youll do:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth and successful introduction to Tangents services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with assigned clients acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Proactively understand your clients business objectives challenges and desired outcomes.
  • Value Demonstration: Demonstrate the value of Tangents services by providing regular updates insights and best practice recommendations.
  • Adoption and Engagement: Drive product adoption and engagement through training support and proactive communication.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectively escalating where necessary.
  • Retention and Growth: Work to reduce churn and identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and development teams to improve our services.
  • Advocacy: Encourage clients to become advocates for Tangent through testimonials case studies and referrals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any potential issues to ensure : Prepare and deliver regular client reports highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
