Position Summary
The County Lead supervises Community Based Providers in Monroe County. The County Lead is responsible to ensure all program guidelines are followed and services are properly documented in the electronic health record.
- Manage referrals from a variety of resources
- Maintain collaboration with clients families staff programs and community contacts
- Provide regular supervision to staff
- Facilitate staff meetings
- correspond with leadership with the program and agency
- Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team
- Actively work to maintain program growth and sustainability
Requirements
Education
- A Bachelor s Degree and 2 years of related experience is required
Experience
- Experience working with children and youth with mental health concerns addiction or in foster care settings is preferred
- Drivers License preferred
