Job Description

  • E2E handson experience in executing S2P Processes Preparation presentation tracking and counter steering of KPIs/OKRs through datadriven dashboards for Reporting 

  • Responsible for UAT activities across APAC EU and TR regions ensuring the seamless implementation of workflows for endtoend billing processes while executing directives from the Head.

  • Collaborating operationally with local markets on AP processes: involves standardizing and providing training while considering local nuances statutory requirements and laws. This role will support the transactional and operational side once the Head has reviewed implemented and approved any necessary changes.

  • Regularly review and test team operations to ensure they adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process Taxonomy. Recommend changes and align these suggestions with the Head.

  • This role entails executing the MEC directives from the Head of AP once decisions such as approving specific postings and waiving certain provisions for example are made. Additionally it involves effectively communicating and operationally supporting these decisions across all local operations. Upon guidance from the Heads this role will also need to monitor the usual MEC process and provide support for general MEC queries from the local markets and teams.

  • Execute comprehensive training programs for Operations teams and conduct trainings once these are designed and approved by the AP Head.

  • Serve as a backup for Leads who have resigned or been reassigned and provide support for Leads agnostically across the markets.

  • Carrying out regular market testing is essential to ensure adherence to OKRs including SOPs internal controls and auditrelated items. This role will need to consistently verify and ensure that the operations teams are faithfully executing SOPs and adhering to internal controls.

  • Prepare lead and anchor the MBR/QBR presentation to all markets with close collaborations with the markets operational Leads.


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of relevant accounting and AP experience with a degree in Accounting Business Administration or Finance
  • Proven experience in service delivery or a related field with a track record of success in managing teams and meeting SLAs
  • Direct experience within a multinational environment with a complex regional/country environment.
  • Processoriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls.
  • Strong analytical skills and who can foresee upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Handson experience with ERP systems such as SAP Hana and other invoicing/ticketing systems will be an added advantage but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge language barriers you must be able to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English language for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors.
