Junior professionals for the International Development Unit Business Development Team
to join a 2year junior programme to enhance our Business Development Team in Belgium.

Your role
Get ready to dive into a diverse range of tasks! As a junior professional your role includes:
Researching and analysing project background information in our core sectors of activities
Undertake business intelligence research preparation of synthesis and reports.
Support Business Development Managers during the tender process for international projects including administrative support following strict EU procurement procedures.
Liaise with the client project experts and project partners on daytoday management of tender process.
Manage large number of documents and data; maintain dashboards continuously up to date.
Support Stantec recruitment team in the identification of external consultants preparation of CV and related administrative documents.

Qualifications
Were on the hunt for gogetters with a solid academic background in fields related to our key sectors (climate change energy agriculture digital environment etc.. While understanding the European Commissions external assistance policies can give you an edge your passion for sustainability and environmental conservation is just as crucial. If youre fluent in English (French is a bonus) techsavvy with MS Office and a detailfocused multitasker whos driven by results then youre exactly who were looking for! You should ideally have the following qualifications and demonstrate the following skills:
Academic background relevant to Stantec sectors of interest.
Knowledge of the European Commission external assistance policies would be considered as an advantage. A traineeship with the EC external aid services is an asset.
Professional/Academic experience in the field of environment/energy/climate change or in a similar technical assistance environment would be considered as an asset.
Languages: solid written and spoken English; French will be considered as an asset.
ITskills: advanced use of MS Office.
Strong resultoriented personality.
Multitask personality rigorous accuracy and attention to detail with a dynamic work ethic approach.
Creative communicative openminded and willingness to work in an international environment.
