APAC Product Marketing Manager

Join Procores thriving team in Sydney as our APAC Product Marketing Manager. Youll spearhead our products success across the APAC region crafting and executing impactful product marketing strategies. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking market expertise ability to execute and collaborative spirit to drive our growth.

As the APAC Product Marketing Manager you will develop and implement gotomarket strategies tailored to the unique needs of the regions construction industry. Youll translate product features into compelling narratives create targeted marketing collateral and equip our sales and campaign marketing teams with the tools they need to succeed. Your insights will inform product development and your campaigns will drive adoption and brand awareness. 

What You Will Do:

• Conduct indepth market research and competitive analysis: Identify key regional trends competitor strategies and customer needs and be able to create a narrative for sales and marketing to take to market
• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse APAC audiences highlighting Procores unique value proposition. 
• Create targeted APACspecific marketing collateral: Develop presentations case studies and digital content tailored to regional nuances. 
• Execute comprehensive gotomarket plans for new product launches: Coordinate launch activities and relevant content including webinars events and digital campaigns to drive awareness adoption and expansion
• Develop and deliver sales enablement materials and training: Equip the sales team with product knowledge competitive insights and effective selling tools by creating training modules and develop sales playbooks addressing key sales plays in the region
• Plan and execute targeted product marketing campaigns: Along side the revenue segment marketing teams utilise digital marketing events and partnerships to drive product awareness and demand
• Track and analyse campaign performance using key metrics: Monitor KPIs such as lead generation conversion rates SLAs and customer engagement to measure campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work closely with sales product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive product success

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable product marketing experience within a SaaS or technology company with a proven track record of launching and scaling products in the APAC region 
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive gotomarket strategies including market segmentation product positioning and campaign management with measurable results 
• Deep understanding of the APAC market landscape (construction industry preferred) including cultural nuances competitive dynamics and regulatory environments with experience tailoring marketing strategies to diverse regional audiences 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences 
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in using data to inform decisionmaking and optimise marketing campaigns. Experience with tools like Google Analytics Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable 
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing tech platforms (e.g. Marketo Jira Confluence HiSpot) with experience in campaign development and performance tracking
• Strategic thinker with a hands on attitude willing to get the job done
