As a Call Centre Operator you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for qualifying leads interested in purchasing off the plan real estate and booking meetings for our sales team. By achieving sales targets and objectives maintaining a high standard of quality customer service and building strong relationships with clients you will contribute to our continued growth and success.
This role requires you to work in our office providing you with a supportive culture vibrant environment and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements
About you:
- You are seeking a sense of purpose and connection that will help develop your skills.
- Little or no experience in Real Estate is not a problem as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
- You actively manage calling activities ensuring sameday service completing call and quality monitoring and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Your skills:
- An understanding of what customer service entails is crucial for success in this position.
- You enjoy working with people and excel at building relationships and creating new opportunities.
- You possess a driven and competitive nature always hungry to succeed and earn.
- Excellent verbal communication skills enable you to effectively assist people.
