Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team in daily operations while also assisting with the bidding and tender process. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can manage documentation research opportunities and coordinate submissions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in researching and tracking government and privatesector bidding opportunities.
  • Provide general administrative support including document management scheduling and data entry.
  • Help prepare and organize bid proposals ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tenders.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates contracts and past bid documents for future use.
  • Proofread and format documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Manage deadlines and submission schedules to ensure timely completion of bid proposals.
  • Support compliance with bidding requirements including documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in other administrative and business support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business. Architecture Engineering or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2 years of administrative experience preferably with exposure to bidding procurement or contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document formatting.
  • Experience with tender or bid coordination is a plus.

Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of bidding processes and the ability to interpret RFPs. Creative mindset with a focus on delivering visually compelling content.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Architecture, Engineering, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
