Were seeking an organized detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily dealership operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly by assisting with clerical tasks internal communications record-keeping and customer coordination across various departments.
Process dealership paperwork including deal jackets vehicle records and warranty documents along with data-entry
Maintain and organize files and administrative records
Assist with inventory updates scheduling and reporting
Prepare outgoing correspondence memos and emails
Maintain office supplies and assist with general upkeep in the department
Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Previous experience in a dealership or administrative role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and comfortable learning dealership software (Reynolds & Reynolds etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent ; Associates degree a plus
