Our client a globally recognized brand is seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales strategy through upselling crossselling and key account management contributing to the achievement of annual sales targets.
Identify develop and close business opportunities within designated territories with a proactive sales hunter approach.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth through crossselling and upselling.
Expand the full product suite including assistance services insurance and reinsurance.
Establish credibility and foster longterm trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Drive sales growth and profitability across existing accounts.
Execute sales strategies in collaboration with relevant business units.
Develop and manage key account plans including strategic planning customer relationship mapping competitive analysis industry trends revenue analysis and action plans.
Stay updated on evolving customer behaviors and market trends to support new product development.
Align sales with the companys global sales strategies.
Manage both direct and indirect client accounts ensuring postsales administration and renewals are handled efficiently.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and timely reporting.
Maintain an uptodate customer database aligned with regional and global standards.
Develop sales collateral in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.
Support market penetration initiatives by partnering with Sales & Marketing.
Regularly engage with key customers to strengthen relationships.
Ensure timely updates of sales activities and opportunities within the sales data management system.
Bachelors degree in Business Management Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the service industry.
Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
Formal training in consultative sales methodologies.
Proven track record as a resultsdriven sales professional with a consultative approach.
Strong customer orientation organizational skills and attention to detail.
Quick learner with a proactive solutionfocused mindset.
Adaptable openminded and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to thrive under deadlines and in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint.
Strong business writing skills and experience in preparing business proposals.
High proficiency in both written and spoken English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus.
Immediate availability is preferred.
