Product Marketing Coordinator
First Due is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company providing an endtoend software platform for Fire and EMS agencies. Our mission is to make communities safer and better informed through bestinclass public safety technology. To support our expansion into new verticals and sustain growth in existing markets we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing campaigns support sales enablement efforts and drive brand awareness.
The Role
As a Product Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting GoToMarket (GTM) initiatives executing multichannel marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment between product messaging and business objectives. You will collaborate with the Product Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling content optimize marketing strategies and develop sales enablement resources that help drive revenue growth.
You will:

Support product marketing campaigns assisting in planning coordinating and executing comprehensive GTM campaigns to support product launches market expansion and customer engagement.

Assist sales enablement efforts working closely with the sales team to create powerful resources and materials including onepagers battle cards presentations and product guides ensuring they are aligned with messaging and sales strategies.

Execute email marketing campaigns developing and managing email campaigns using platforms such as Stripo and Zoho Campaigns ensuring messaging consistency and performance optimization.

Contribute to website content updates SEO enhancements and asset creation to align with product positioning and brand guidelines.
.
Organize promote and moderate webinars aimed at engaging and educating key audiences.
.
Collaborate on video production efforts to support marketing initiatives and enhance product visibility.
.
Assist in persona development and crafting problemimpactsolution messaging to strengthen GTM campaigns.
.
Write and refine AIgenerated content prompts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing assets.
.
Utilize Figma to obtain edit and manage visual assets in coordination with the design team.
Skills Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

13 years of experience in product marketing content marketing or a related field ideally within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
.
Experience supporting Sales Enablement creating impactful sales resources that help sales teams close deals effectively.
.
Exceptional writing and communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to create compelling audiencefocused content.
.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Stripo Zoho Campaigns or similar).
.
Familiarity with AIassisted content generation (experience writing and optimizing ChatGPT prompts is a plus).
.
Basic proficiency in Figma for managing marketing assets.
.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about audience engagement and brand positioning.
