Job Title: Business Analyst Trainee (Remote)
Location: Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Trainee to join our team remotely. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or aspiring professionals to gain handson experience in business analysis process improvement and datadriven decisionmaking. The trainee will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs analyze data and assist in developing solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support data analysis and reporting to aid in decisionmaking.
- Help create business process models workflows and documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to develop solutions that align with business goals.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and dashboards.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration Information Technology Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Basic knowledge of business process analysis and documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and any BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Bachelor s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in data analytics.
