Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to client presentations and proposal writing helping to drive business growth and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research networking and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct high-impact client presentations to showcase the company s offerings.
- Write compelling proposals and RFP responses to win new business.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2 5 years of experience in Business Development Sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling the end-to-end sales process.
- Strong skills in lead generation proposal writing and client presentations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
