Market analysis and competitive intelligence: Identify market trends and the needs of specifiers in the Building Finishing field (architects designers contractors).
Product strategy development: Develop launch and promotional strategies for our finishing products based on market needs and technical requirements.
Collaboration with sales and marketing teams: Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted promotional actions and ensure successful implementation of strategies.
Relations with specifiers: Develop strong relationships with architects and other specifiers informing them of product benefits and influencing their choices to integrate our products into their projects.
Updating the product portfolio: Ensure the continuous management and updating of products in line with new trends competition and customer needs.
Product performance monitoring: Analyze product performance on the market and adjust strategies according to the results obtained.
Event and product launch management: Organize and coordinate events training or seminars to present products to specifiers and customers.
Qualifications :
1. Technical skills in construction and finishing materials
2. Relational and commercial skills
3. Ability to link technology and the market
4. Project management experience
