Job Description
Opening for an one of the Slag Management and Metal Recovery Company at Kolkata. Also into various services like Steel millsMining Material Handling equipments etc.
Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing negotiating and procuring materials equipment and services required for our slag management and metal recovery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills attention to detail and a solid understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management: Identify evaluate and select suppliers for various materials and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Procurement: Develop implement and manage purchasing strategies to meet the company s operational needs while optimizing costs. Prepare and issue purchase orders and confirm deliveries.
Cost Analysis: Analyze price proposals and negotiate purchase terms to ensure the best pricing and value for the organization. Keep abreast of market trends and prices for relevant materials.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that materials are in stock and delivered on time without disruptions to operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production engineering and quality control teams to understand their material needs and procurement requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with organizational policies sustainability goals and legal regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes seeking opportunities for costsaving and efficiency improvements.

Experience: minimum 24years
Qualification : GRADUATIONPGDC
CTC: 3.6LPA
Experience: minimum 2-4years Qualification : GRADUATION+PGDC CTC: 3.6LPA
